Rosalie Foster

Rosalie Foster lives in Unionville, Pennsylvania. She served as the Pastor of Hamorton United Methodist Church from July 2022 to June 2024. Rosalie and her husband, Paul Foster, are actively involved with Good Samaritan Services and KACS in Kennett Square, as well as the Community Warehouse in West Chester. She is also looking forward to becoming involved with Kacie’s Cause.

Ash

Ash is Vice Chair for Kacie’s Cause. Her professional experience is less significant than her personal experience. Ash and Kace (Kacie, but just like Ashley goes by Ash, Kacie went by Kace with her friends) were best friends in 3rd/4th grade. Over the years, family and life circumstances separated them physically, but spiritually they remained intact, and the universe has brought them back together to fight the nonsense that is loss. No one deserves to bury their child, their sibling, their friend, or—to be honest—anyone due to this drug. You aren’t immune. It is simply a wisdom tooth extraction, a sports injury, or a joint replacement away from being your personal hell.

Professionally, she has worked in the legal field for over a decade, primarily as a paralegal. She has also served as Board of Appeal Chairman for her Alma Mater (Hood College, Frederick, MD), served as a delegate for and wrote legislation for Maryland Student Legislature, served as a delegate for Princeton Model Congress, served as a delegate for Junior Statesman of America, and coordinated multiple community related events.
“When you think of Kacie’s, think of your best friend that you set your Winnie  the Pooh
alarm to wake up at 4 am to watch a sunrise because it was your 10th birthday, but everyone slept through it because you were watching Titanic on two VHS tapes sitting on inflatable furniture from Claire’s (the couch was purple, by the way)” — Ash
Ash has been oriented with the cause from a multifaceted perspective; she has lived it, observed it, and has dedicated herself to remedying the underlying issues that hindsight has shown. She is a single mom of 3 under 10, a former military spouse, and someone you can not only count on, but come to.
With a unique gift and ability to connect with Yahweh, Ash is always open and available to discuss any concerns you may have. If she can’t figure it out, she will find you your answer.
Creativity never goes out of style.
